Truly Lucky and Blessed 🫶 Doc Brett was Awesome, answered All My Questions and Gave some I Never Thought about. ******* I've been going to Oak Street Health on Austin Bluffs by North Academy right next to the Dollar General Dr Brett is my new doctor there and he's been excellent as well as the people at the front desk have been very helpful in answering any and all questions that I might have they are friendly very professional good sense of humor make it easy to go into a doctor. The wait wasn't long at all. When Dr Brett came in he answered a lot of questions that I had I informed him about certain things that were happening with me and the VA and keep everybody on the same page and we went through my whole history since it's been a short while since I've been over there I highly recommend them they're great very professional enjoyable people to work with”

Upon inquiring about medical treatments for different ethnic groups, he shared a wealth of information with me during this last visit. It was very informative and interesting! He truly is an invaluable asset to Oak Street Health and I am extremely thankful I am assigned to him! Carrie was the receptionist again today. She is a sweetheart and always professional and cheerful! Wish she could transfer to this location permanently! Mercedes is also very nice, caring and professional. Today’s visit is indicative of previous visits. I have always been very satisfied with the care I have received!”
