“My visit to Hiroki Bakery was lovely. It’s a cozy spot in Seattle with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I tried their green tea tiramisu, and it was excellent — not too sweet, with a smooth, balanced matcha flavor that really stands out. I also had their chocolate cake, which was rich, moist, and perfectly chocolatey without being heavy. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. Hiroki is a great place to stop if you’re looking for thoughtfully made desserts with a Japanese touch.”
“i ordered a small cake for my boyfriend’s birthday to finally have a chance to try this place out, and i can say this is one of the best cakes i’ve ever had. not too sweet/overbearing and definitely one to savor as you take each bite. i got lucky with the quick turnaround (called on friday for a sunday pickup), but the owner recommends to give at least a week’s notice for future cake orders. can’t wait to come here again sometime and get cake for my friends and loved ones to try!”
“I found this café while searching on Google for a bakery that serves matcha cake. Unfortunately, they didn’t have matcha cake when I arrived, so I ordered a Hojicha cake, along with a 16oz hot latte with whole milk and a large hot chocolate with almond milk instead. The cake had a fine, smooth texture and a very rich flavor — the kind you need to savor slowly, bite by bite. The latte art was impressive, and the barista clearly knew their craft — the milk foam was silky and fine, and there wasn’t even a sound of the pitcher hitting the cup while steaming. The coffee had a bold, slightly bitter note up front, then mellowed out beautifully — perfectly matching the café’s calm, relaxing atmosphere. There are about five tables in the shop, which gives it a cozy and intimate feel. The barista, who also worked the cashier, was very friendly and attentive. Prices are standard, and overall, it’s definitely worth a visit.”
“They have different types of original cheese cakes such as green tea cheese cake, Sakura or houji-cha cheese cake, as well as Coconut Dacquoise roll. Soft, equisite, and delicious pastries melt in your mouth with each bite. The price is high, and the interior isn't anything special. It's worth to taste their pastries at least once if you never tried them before, but I wouldn't come back.”
“A small dessert and coffee shop with very delicious cakes, cheese cakes and coffee offerings. The cheesecakes are fairly sweet - more designed for the American taste, but still very delicious. They have quite a large parking lot, so don’t hesitate to drive here and spend some time enjoying a tasty treat with a good cup of coffee.”
