“Respectfully @ Rick Will, I didn't know if you're a new artist and/or manger, but they're not going to pick up the phone just like that. I'm speaking from 25 yrs of experience, I was a part of a distribution deal with them via another label some year's ago. They're a good company to do business with but you have to realize and understand that they houses a lot of labels and they do a crazy amount of business daily. There's protocols and channels that you should know about, and understand how they work. The way to get to them is through your representative, if you're a artist with any relevant business or trying to do any business as far as trying to get a deal with them, your management team should know how to move and make things happen, and that's with any label just not Universal.
