“1952 vintage building with natural light afforded by its shape, curled around a courtyard. Residents benefit from good front desk service and from a vintage heating and cooling system of radiators that are switched over on a set day in spring and fall. Doors are steel and therefore take some force to adjust the barrel hinges; water systems do not support in-room washers, but there is a basement laundry room; janitor service is good. The building’s solid with lathe and plaster walls, and good sound mitigation. The roof garden is popular and includes an arbor and some outdoor grill equipment, with attractive roofscape scenery.”
“Great location. Well kept. Bug free. Safe. Kind of thin walls, but not super noisy. Decent management and front desk staff. Nice and efficient cleaning and repair staff. Kind of silly move-in/our rules that can be a bit of a hassle, but overall a good experience.”
